About Sandra Wills
Sandra has more than seven years of technical writing and technical editing experience. Four years experience managing team of writers (team grew to nine writers located across North America), handling conflict resolution, project assignments and scheduling, interviewing and hiring, raises/bonuses, performance reviews, and more. At the same time that Sandra was a manager at Red Hat, Inc., Sandra was also a full time technical writer in charge of all installation guides for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux product line. She also acted as a technical editor for several Red Hat Linux technical publications produced by Wiley and Associates. Sandra graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1998 with a degree in Journalism - Visual Design and Communications with an outside concentration in Children's Fiction Writing.

When not working on editing projects, Sandra fills her time with knitting, cooking, jewelry making and design, writing, and taking care of her husband and their insane, but cute cats.
